How delivery works
Ariaramnes uses GLS as a courier. Your products will arrive at the address indicated within 36 hours on average.
Furthermore, Ariaramnes applies the FlexDeliveryService plan .
but what is FlexDeliveryService?
How does FlexDeliveryService work? The recipient is constantly updated on the progress of the shipment. Through a link sent via e-mail and/or sms, he can access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where he can choose up to 5 customization options.
The service provides by default the possibility of selecting a new delivery date or the choice of the collection point ; but the flexibility doesn’t end there because, if you want, you can assign other delivery options to your customers: a new shipping address, a safe place of delivery and authorize collection by a neighbor .
